画风依旧很喜欢，可可爱爱的小动物，也投射了一些人类的“悲欢”。

一本典型的美式概论教材。作为一本概论，理论描述并没有十分深入，如果此前没有接触过传播学或社会学，读起来会略微吃力。此外，美国的传播学教育比起中国而言，明显更加“理论垂直”和“学科独立”，理论较“新”，更偏向于实证和经验主义；相反中国传播学教育的理论就比较“经典”，描述方式更像社会学，重在关注诠释和批判问题；个人认为本剧不适合中国传播学初学者直接上手，但可以作为一个了解美国传播学发展概括的有益补充。

由于我们公司就在HR三支柱的改革阶段过程中，结合工作实际情况书中的一些问题不难理解，但的确主要偏理论层面，实际可操作的案例少之又少，不过启发还是有的。不管是三支柱还是原有的职能模式，要想持续不断的发展效能提升，就必须从业务角度出发，从人性的需求出发
